DIRECTORSHIP PROGRAMMES

The Meraki team were responsible for launching the Women's Directorship 

Programme eleven years ago, with one goal in mind; to increase the pool of board ready female talent internationally, to address the current boardroom diversity imbalance. Revolutionizing and revitalising boardroom networks, the Women's Directorship Programme is growing in influence year on year. We welcomed our tenth cohort in 2022 and eleventh in 2023. THE MERAKI NETWORK

The network was created with the aim of bringing like-minded executives together to foster change and share best practice.  Focused on enhancing diversity in leadership, the APAC-wide Meraki network includes exceptional female leaders and male champions of change.  Contact us today if you want to be part of the transformation network.

DIVERSITY STUDY

In partnership with The University of Hong Kong, we have launched Hong Kong's Female Talent Pipeline Study. The findings provide a comprehensive overview of the talent pipeline so we can work together with the Hong Kong business community to best advance female leaders.  For more information, key findings or to get involved in the study, please visit the study website:
