Is 2020 your year to get board ready?

Updated: Jun 22, 2020

The Women's Directorship Programme (WDP) is the world leading board preparedness programme, exclusively for female leaders. First created in 2013 to open doors and advance female leaders into the boardroom, 50% of the WDP Alumni now hold a board role, serving to change the face of boardrooms worldwide.

The 2020 programme has been restructured into a remote learning plus in-person teaching format, so that despite the COVID-19 disruption, participants can still get board-ready and advance their careers.

Don't hesitate to register your interest today.  As we only run one programme a year and the intakes are kept small and select, don't miss out.

Prepare yourself for the board - gain new skills, knowledge, a board network and learn how to best position yourself for an iNED role. Be part of an incredible international alumni of women leaders changing the face of boardrooms worldwide.

The six-day programme is split into two sessions starting in September (10 - 12) and wrapping up in November (4 - 6) 2020.
