The Women's Directorship Programme 2019 is the world's only cross-functional, cross-industry board preparedness programme, exclusively for female leaders. Now in its seventh year, the programme is delivered by The University of Hong Kong, HKU Business School and Meraki Executive Search & Consulting.

With less than one week to register (closing date is this Friday 26th April), places on this year's programme are filling up fast, so please don't hesitate to register your interest today. As we only run one programme a year and the intakes are kept small and select, don't miss out.

The six-day programme is split into two sessions starting next month (May 23-25) and wrapping up in September (19-21) 2019.

  • The Women's Directorship Programme is an accredited (Master level) corporate governance programme for international female executives to help prepare them for the Board and Executive Committees

  • Over 30% of participants have gone on to hold a board position since the first programme in 2013
