We are delighted to share that Kirti Lad has been invited to Mobile World Congress in Shanghai this month, following her successful appearance in Barcelona earlier this year.
In less than a week, Kirti will be speaking on a panel at the Women4Tech summit and will be joined by other inspirational and talented leaders, where they will be sharing practical tips on what businesses can do better to progress women into senior leadership roles, where the sticking points are and how we can over come these.
Kirti will also be moderating a panel on Social Impact Investing, garnering her panel members' insights on:
• The role of women in shaping the future of sustainable, social and impact investments and wider business
• Balancing the need for short-term financial performance with the need for long-term, positive societal impact
• The make-up of the startup ecosystem – how to attract and encourage more female entrepreneurs.
