1. Prudential-INSEAD NextGen Academy (“Programme”) is organised by Prudential Holdings Limited (“Prudential”), Institut Européen d'Administration des affaires (INSEAD) and Meraki Executive Search & Consulting (Meraki).
2. “Participant” means any individual who submits the Programme enrollment form and takes part in the Programme.
3. Application(s) must register through the designated application, along with a participant consent, to complete the application. Application will be closed on 31st March 2026. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in an online interview. Upon passing the interview, successful applicants will be notified of their selection via email. The Programme slots are non-transferable, non-resellable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers.
4. The Programme and application arrangement are subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by Prudential. Prudential, INSEAD and Meraki have the absolute discretion in, with reference to relevant clauses of this Terms and Conditions, determining the eligibility of any applications for this Programme; and reserve the right to verify the identity of participants and to disqualify any ineligible participants.
5. The Programme will take place from 7-9 July 2026 (“Programme Period”) at INSEAD Asia campus in Singapore. Participants are responsible for arranging and bearing all costs for their transportation to and from the campus, as well as all arrangements and expenses related to meals and accommodation (if applicable).
6. The Programme will be conducted face-to-face and in English. Participants must attend at least 90% of the Programme to receive a certificate of attendance.
7. Prudential is not the provider/manufacturer/supplier of the Programme activities and is not the agent of such provider/manufacturer/supplier. The arrangement of the Programme and its activities is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the individual provider/manufacturer/supplier (the “Service Provider”). Prudential shall not be liable for any responsibilities regarding the use or enjoyment of the activities except where such liability arises from Prudential’s negligence or breach of contract. Prudential also disclaims any responsibility or liability for the availability and quality of the Programme provided that the Service Provider has been duly authorised and complies with agreed standards. Any disputes arising from the Programme shall be resolved primarily between the participant and the Service Provider. Prudential will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the venue unless caused by Prudential’s acts or omissions. By attending the Programme, you and the participant acknowledge and accept that Prudential does not accept any liability and will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the Programme. Participants are advised to take necessary precautions and follow all safety guidelines provided by Meraki/INSEAD.
8. The provision of personal information to participate in this Programme is voluntary. By participating in this Programme, Participant explicitly agree to the provision and use of his/her personal information by Prudential and its insurance consultants for direct marketing purposes. By submitting this form, Participant confirm his/her understanding and agree to (i) Privacy Policy; (ii) Prudential will use Participant personal information for Programme communication and direct marketing; and (iii) all the Terms & Conditions of this Programme; (iv) I hereby declare that the participant is aged 18 years or above during the Promotion Period and Programme participation; (vi) the participant will be deemed to agree to being filmed or photographed. Video and photographs taken by Prudential’s videographers or photographers during the Programme are owned by Prudential and may be used by Prudential for marketing purposes. Prudential has the right to use, broadcast, edit, or publish the same in any media in any form, and agree that the above authorization is irrevocable and can be used globally by any third party authorized by the user. Participants understand and acknowledge that Prudential and the Participant will not be entitled to receive any payment for the use of related to Prudential or the Participant asset forth above pursuant to this consent;(v) for the administration of Programme enrollment and identification of Participants, the Participant names provided in the enrollment form may be transferred to INSEAD.
9. Prudential reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of Prudential shall be final and binding.
10. If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail. This Privacy Policy applies to any user of the Platform. The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., under 18), your parent or legal guardian must agree to this Privacy Policy on your behalf.

We collect information you provide during registration, such as your name, email address, contact details, age, gender, academic background and country, to set up and manage your application and administrating the programme.
Who do we share your information with?
Your information may be shared with our affiliates and selected third-party service providers who support the operation of the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting). We may also be required by law or a court order to disclose certain information. We may share your personal data with:
o Companies within our corporate group who help operate the Platform.
o Prudential Holding Limited and Institut Européen d'Administration des affaires (INSEAD) Singapore who organise this programme.
o Third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, such as cloud and data hosting providers. These providers may only use your data in accordance with our instructions and this Privacy Policy
o Legal, regulatory, or judicial authorities where we are legally required to disclose information, to comply with the law, to protect the safety and security of our users and the public, or to enforce our legal rights.
o Third parties in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, sale of assets, or bankruptcy
Where do we store your information and for how long?
The personal data we collect from you will be stored in Hong Kong and Singapore. Our support and technical teams are located in our and/or our affiliates’ offices around the world and may have access to your information to support the Platform. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We will retain your information for 12 months, or until you choose to permanently delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as rights of access, correction, deletion, or the right to object to our processing of your information.
